Your mind has tremendous power--the power to control your physiological functions, to create the life you do want and to release those aspects that you don't want.  Focused Intention + Focused Attention + Practiced Non-Resistance equals "Mindworks." And the more skilled you are in Mindworks, the better your life becomes. You can change your habits of mind, and that will change your life.

The primary tools of INTEGRATIVE MINDWORKS, used both individually and in combination, are Transformative Clinical Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Energy Healing and Yoga Therapy. They each represent a different form of Mindworks; all offer benefits for the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual 'bodies' we inhabit.

Transformative Clinical Hypnotherapy is an empowering process through which the conscious mind is relaxed a bit to allow freer communication with the subconscious mind. During hypnotherapy, you enter a state of focused awareness, or ‘trance’ (which feels similar to being absorbed in a daydream) and then address a given issue with your deep (subconscious) mind, accessing your own inner guidance, reworking old programming, and reinforcing desired beliefs, attitudes and behaviors.

Emotional Freedom Techniques  EFT is a powerful healing tool for self-care as well as interactive therapy. It employs a combination of acupressure and focused attention to free up and release emotional trauma, physical and emotional pain, self-sabotaging thoughts and behavioral patterns, fears and phobias, and general stagnation.

Energy Healing (Usui Reiki, Biovalent Systems, and Lightbody styles) is primarily a light-touch manual therapy, though it can also be delivered at a distance. It gently frees blockages to the flow of your body's electro-chemical and electro-magnetic energy circuits, restoring communication and balance within your being. All forms of energy healing are generally perceived as deeply restorative and relaxing. Be present to receive the loving energy of the universe as you open to healing in your own way and in your own time.

Yoga Therapy includes the following:

Yoga, a combination of flowing, gentle 'vinyasas', held physical postures, strength-building sequences, stretches of ecstatic dance, chant, breathwork, hand gestures, guided visualization, meditation and/or chakra balancing.

Somatic Release Slow, gentle, mind-body explorations that restore natural, easy movement capability to the body, releasing chronic pain and creating ever greater awareness, connection, fluidity, flexibility and comfort. It facilitates and enhances physical and emotional healing.

Pilates, a mind/body fitness regimen that builds physical strength with muscular balance, focusing on 'core' awareness and structural alignment. It enhances flexibility and stability for all ages, coupling appropriate effort with complete relaxation.
