There is a $100/day facility fee which includes up to 4 hours of use. Each additional hour is $15/hour. At the time of booking, renters must submit a non-refundable deposit of $20 to hold the space as well as a refundable $150 security/ cleaning deposit.

All usage periods include set up and clean up time. *Clean up is mandatory*.

Payment to The Orchard Studio and Retreat Center by presenters and participants is due by the close of the event unless invoicing arrangements are made in advance.

"Dojo style" (group sleeping arrangements) for event participants is available for $30/night.

The Orchard Studio is an Adult-Only facility. Please make arrangements for your children to be cared for elsewhere if you are hosting or attending an event here.

All guests are expected to leave the premises as they found them. This means cleaning all spills and debris from floor, table, counter and sink surfaces, hand-washing any dishes, pots or eating utensils used, and removing all trash created during your stay. If you damage anything or if the facility owner needs to clean up after you to restore the space to the condition you found it in, you will forfeit your cleaning/security deposit.
