For
workshops, retreats, classes and dances, the space usage fee is $10/hour.

If the
entire main building is being reserved (including Studio A, Hospitality Area), there is a $50/day facility fee which includes up to 3 hours
of use. Each additional hour is $10/hour. A non-refundable deposit of $20 is
required to hold the space.

All usage periods
include set up and clean up time. *Clean up is mandatory*.

|
Payment to The Orchard Studio and
Retreat Center by presenters and participants is due by the close of the
event.
|
|
Presenters wishing to lodge overnight in our private guest room during the
course of their event pay $50/night.
"Dojo style" (group sleeping arrangements) for event participants is
available for $20/night.

|
Members
of the general public wishing to lodge at The Orchard
pay $100/night for 1-2 people, paid in advance. Each additional person pays
$30. Check-in time is 3 p.m.; check-out time is Noon.

The Orchard Studio is an Adult-Only
facility. Please make arrangements for your children to be cared for
elsewhere if you are hosting or attending an event here.
*All
guests are expected to leave the premises as they found them. Please clean
up after yourself. A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged to space users who
do not clean up thoroughly after their event.
